Defend your hospital with cutting-edge tech! Intrusion Sensors will allow you to detect these vile Saboteurs before they can do too much damage, while Security Holodrones will track them down and neutralize the threat with swift, fiery retribution.

Meet the REBEL Consultant

New Ongoing Research Projects
New Ongoing Research Projects are available in the Research Lab, providing passive bonuses for each doctor assigned to them

Balance

Adjusted spawner behaviour in Sandbox Mode

  • Patients with conditions that utilise rooms that were not available in the level's story mode will not appear
  • The player can override this behaviour by placing such rooms, this will cause patients to spawn that are relevant to those rooms

This behaviour is overridden if the player builds rooms

  • Balanced the rate of initial wave of patients spawning in train levels and elevator levels
  • Randomized the entrance that mutation patients come in from
  • Made changes to no longer allow the same event to play twice
  • Xil species desire mood values update to compensate for the fact that Xil don't actually have the tidyness/mess thoughts anymore


Challenge Mode Balance Adjustments:

  • Increased the average time between mutation events by 100%
  • Health Decay at Danger Level 3 reduced by 2.8%
  • Health Decay for Mutated Conditions reduced by 18.8%


Rebalanced Hospital Ratings:

  • Species Desires reduced by 20% on average
  • Treatment Rate requirements reduced by 10%
  • Patient Health & Treatment Quality requirements reduced by 6%
  • Finance requirements reduced by ~14.5%
  • Throughput requirements reduced by ~14.5%
  • Several rating requirements now scale throughout the campaign, peaking in later levels
